The 30th year of my life became one of great significance when I decided that full time working for the corporate world was not what I wanted from life. Not only did I embark on a journey of self-discovery but I also decided to change career as a result of this journey.
One training course led to another and I soon developed a strong interest in the concept that the body can in fact heal itself given the right ingredients. After extensive re-training I am now a qualified Holistic and Complementary Therapist and Reiki Master, offering a range of treatments aimed to help common health aliments, reduce stress and prevent dis-ease by treating the ‘whole’ person.

A holistic approach will be applied to your visit, starting with a lifestyle consultation, followed by your chosen treatment, a session review, a recommended action plan and a follow up call to check how you are after your treatment.
